Final Sale Policy
All purchases of Ad Upgrades are final sale. No refunds will be issued.
The same applies to all types of memberships—business, personal, and product maker.
If you choose to downgrade your membership, any remaining time left on your current plan will not be credited or refunded, nor converted into store credit. We recommend downgrading only near your renewal date to maximize your membership benefits.
No Refunds in Cases of Policy Violations
Even if you have purchased Ad Upgrades or memberships, no refund will be given if:
- You are suspected of being a scammer or attempting fraudulent activity
- Your ads are removed for being suspicious or in violation of Canadian firearms laws
- You break site rules and your account is banned
- You repeatedly post ads in a manner that has previously resulted in warnings or declines
If you hold an annual membership and are close to a permanent ban for repeated violations, we will usually send a final email warning. However, if your account is then banned, no refund will be issued for any unused membership time or ad upgrades.
